We kick off your service with an initial Cleaning and continue with our standard service. Every visit from your cleaning crew includes the following:

All living spaces, bedrooms, and common areas

• All floors vacuumed, including under furniture
• Furniture vacuumed and dusted including under cushions
• Shelving and decorative items dusted
• Cobwebs removed
• Light general straightening
• Window sills dusted
• Blinds dusted
• Glass of interior doors cleaned
• Laundry area vacuumed and machines lightly wiped
• Wastebaskets emptied, trash taken outside as needed
• Debris on feet of chairs and tables removed
• High traffic areas (Kitchen, Bathrooms, Hallways, Entrances) thoroughly mopped
• Other areas mopped as needed
• Bed linens straightened
• Small rugs shook out
• Closet floors vacuumed
• Light fixtures, switchblades’, and outlet covers dusted
• Ceiling fans dusted
• Lamp shades dusted

Bathrooms

• Shower and tub, including tile grout and shower doors, scrubbed and polished until dry and soap scum-free
• Toilets cleaned and sanitized, including sides and base
• Base of toilet detail-cleaned by hand
• Counter surfaces scrubbed and wiped clean
• Sinks scrubbed and polished
• Mirrors cleaned and streak-free
• Cabinets spot-cleaned

Kitchen

• Counter surfaces scrubbed and wiped clean
• Sinks scrubbed and polished
• Stovetop scrubbed and polished
• Oven doors and controls cleaned
• Microwave cleaned inside and out
• Cabinets spot-cleaned
• Table tops wiped clean
• Outside of dishwasher and refrigerator wiped clean
• Countertop Small appliances lightly cleaned
• Backsplashes cleaned
• Window above sink cleaned (if accessible)

First Class Service

For the next level of spotlessly clean excellence, First Class is our most expertly detailed and thorough Clean. We’ll hand wipe every surface with a microfiber cloth, detail all corners and edges by hand, and carefully wipe woodwork clean. Contact us to learn about upgrading your service on occasion, with special requests, or every time we visit.
